This is the final signed copy of our Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kibogora Level 2 Teaching Hospital and the Free Methodist Church of Rwanda.
This MOU outlines the responsibilities and expectations for all signatories.

This file includes all structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings that have been reviewed by our designer Mr. Mike Ward. All drawings have been approved by all parties and are stamped by Khemet, Ltd of Kigali.

This is the permit from the local authorities that authorizes to build AHH in Kibogora Cell of Nyamasheke District in Western Province, Rwanda.

This is the tendered contract presented by FABERA Construction Ltd, owned by Fabrice Kwizera. Of the 3 tendered bids, FABERA won the contract. Our decision was based not only upon the bid price, but also the fact that the owner is from Kibogora and he had made himself available during the entire journey, long before we even invited him to submit a proposal. Mr. Kwizera has also demonstrated to us he understands the community based peace-building aspect of our mission, and that the key day to day work of this hospice is to serve the poor and vulnerable at end of life, with dignity, respect, compassion, kindness, and excellence.

This is the formal acceptance by KL2TH of the Fabera proposal and allowed the contruction to begin.

Hospice Without Borders renews its status as a WA State Non-Profit Charitable Organization each year in October-November.
